2. परिवार का इनकम सर्टिफिकेट वार्षिक आय ₹ 1 लाख 80 हजार तक होनी चाहिए |

1. हरियाणा चिराग योजन कक्षा 3 से 12 तक लागू होगी।  विद्यार्थी 12 वीं तक इस स्कीम से प्राइवेट स्कूल में फ्री पढ़ सकते हैं।
2. इस योजना का लाभ सिर्फ उन्हीं बच्चों को मिलेगा जो आर्थिक रूप से काफी कमजोर है l
3. इस स्कीम के लिए केवल वही छात्र योग्य है जिन्होंने पिछले शैक्षणिक वर्ष में अपनी पढ़ाई सरकारी विद्यालयों से पास की हो |
4. प्राइवेट स्कूल में पढ़ रहे विद्यार्थी इस स्कीम के लिए आवेदन नही कर सकेंगे।
5. छात्र दाखिले हेतु केवल उसके वर्तमान खण्ड जिसमें वे पढ़ रहे हैं उसी खण्ड के मान्यता प्राप्त निजी विद्यालयों में उपलब्ध सीटों पर दाखिले के लिए पात्र होगें तथा वे खण्ड में एक से अधिक विद्यालयों में भी दाखिले के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
6. प्राईवेट मान्यता प्राप्त विद्यालयों में आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के जिन छात्रों के अभिभावकों की आय 1 लाख 80,000/- रूपए व इससे कम होगी उन्हीं छात्रों को दाखिले के लिए पात्र माना जाएगा तथा वह आय परिवार पहचान पत्र की वार्षिक सत्यापित आय से मान्य होगी।
7. सभी सहमत मान्यता प्राप्त निजी विद्यालयों की कक्षानुसार घोषित सीटों का विवरण विभागीय वैबसाईट पर दर्शाया जाएगा।
8. सभी सहमत मान्यता प्राप्त निजी विद्यालय कक्षानुसार घोषित सीटों की जानकारी अपने विद्यालय के नोटिस बोर्ड पर प्रदर्शित करेंगे।

How to Fill  Online Form

1. Visit Official Website.
2. Candidate Read full Notification Before Apply the Recruitment Application.
3. Kindly Check and Collect the All Document Carefully – Eligibility, ID Proof, Address Details, Basic Details.
4. Kindly Ready Scan Document Related to Recruitment Form Carefully – Photo, Sign, ID Proof, Etc.
5. Before Submit the Application Form Must Check the Preview and All Column Carefully.
6. Take A Print Out of Final Submitted Form.

1. Online application form is available only on the official website of the department i.e.
schooleducationharyana.gov.in. Department shall not be responsible for any kind of cheating,
phishing and fraudulent activity by illegitimate way on the internet, in respect of online
application form.
2. Applicants are advised to have good internet facility with reasonable speed. Applicants are also
advised not to fill the online application form using mobile phone.
3. Any applicant trying to upload irrelevant documents/photographs or any other material would
be proceeded against as per law.
4. Portal is working on MIS based credentials. Please do not share username/password with
anyone.
5. Apply online, well in time, without waiting for the last date of submission of online application
form. Applications received after 11:59 pm on last date shall not be entertained. No request for
any change in the online application form, after last date, shall be entertained.
6. Avoid last hour login to your account to avoid the possibility of disconnection/inability/failure to
log on the online application on account of heavy load on internet/website jam. This could also
propel you into a position of non-confirmation of your application.
7. It is advised to keep visiting the portal and departmental website regularly for necessary
communication/updates. Unnecessary correspondence with Department should be avoided.
8. For any technical difficulty/query regarding filling up online application form, the applicant can
call at MIS Helpdesk number 0172-5049801 on all working days from 09:00 AM to 05:00 P.M.
MIS School Code may be kept handy while contacting the Helpline. Applicants may take
screenshot in case an error occurs during the filling of application form to take up the matter
