Experience Required
- Director: At least 3 years in trade and commerce, policy, security, planning and development, administration, finance, or legal.
- Under Secretary: At least 5 years in policy, planning and development, administration, HR, finance, vigilance, court cases, or communication.
- Manager: At least 5 years in management, planning and development, finance, vigilance, HR, administration, court cases, or communication. Desirable: Master’s degree in Management.
- Executive Engineer: At least 5 years in civil or electrical engineering and monitoring construction activities.
