| Instructions • Grievances received from persons other than candidates shall be outrightly rejected by Commission. • Since a proper procedure is to be followed for taking information so it can be taken only through RTI and not via Samadhan portal. • Candidates can register their grievance on portal on all working days. From 9:00 AM to 3:00PM. Saturday and Sunday Portal will be closed • Size of the documents uploaded shall not exceed 1mb. • Portal Shall Remain Closed on all Gazetted Government Holidays. • In case of grievance related to court case, candidates shall mention their correct CWP number and also upload the supporting court order/document. |
• उम्मीदवारों के अलावा अन्य व्यक्तियों से प्राप्त शिकायतों को आयोग द्वारा स्पष्ट रूप से खारिज कर दिया जाएगा।
• चूंकि जानकारी लेने के लिए एक उचित प्रक्रिया का पालन किया जाना है, इसलिए इसे केवल आरटीआई के माध्यम से लिया जा सकता है और समधन पोर्टल के माध्यम से नहीं।
• उम्मीदवार सभी कार्य दिवसों में पोर्टल पर अपनी शिकायत दर्ज करा सकते हैं। सुबह 9:00 बजे से दोपहर 3:00 बजे तक। शनिवार और रविवार को पोर्टल बंद रहेगा
• अपलोड किए गए दस्तावेजों का आकार 1mb से अधिक नहीं होना चाहिए।
• पोर्टल सभी राजपत्रित सरकारी अवकाशों पर बंद रहेगा।
• अदालती मामले से संबंधित शिकायत के मामले में, उम्मीदवार अपनी सही सीडब्ल्यूपी संख्या का उल्लेख करेंगे और सहायक न्यायालय के आदेश / दस्तावेज को भी अपलोड करेंगे।
