- Qualifications: Chartered Accountant, Cost and Management Accountant, Company Secretary, Chartered Financial Analyst, MBA, Master in Business Economics, or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in the regulation or operation of the banking sector.
- Desirable: Degree in Law.
Joint Director (Capital Market)
- Qualifications: Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, Chartered Financial Analyst, Cost and Management Accountant, MBA (Finance), or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance).
- Experience: At least 8 years in the regulation of capital markets or merchant banking.
- Desirable: Degree in Law; expertise in evidence collection and presentation.
Joint Director (Investigation)
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: At least 10 years in the enforcement of economic laws and intelligence collection.
- Desirable: Degree in Law, Commerce, or Economics; skills in evidence collection and presentation.
Deputy Director (Corporate Law)
- Qualifications: Degree in any discipline and LLB with two years of experience in Corporate Law or a 5-year integrated LLB with three years of experience.
- Desirable: Expertise in evidence collection and presentation.
